Yvette Rochelle Pritchard, CNP, NNCP

Yvette Rochelle Pritchard is combining 30 years of executive sales experience where she maintained a loyal and satisfied clientele from the corporate and non-corporate worlds, with a passion for nutrition. For 10 of those years she ran her own successful business where she was trusted by companies like Nestle Canada who relied on her to move their highly sensitive brands of excess inventories into safe markets. Yvette’s desire to re-educate has been a constant theme but it was not until a line in one of Dr. Christiane Northrup’s books that propelled her into action leading her to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Here she acquired the title of Certified Nutritional Practitioner with first class honours.

If you would like to instil a sense of wellness back into your life through weight loss, or by gaining control of perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms or by increasing your iron so getting out of bed in the morning is not cursed, let Yvette’s devotion for results get you there. Learn how to gain control of cravings by improving food choices and begin walking the path that leads to living your best life.

She discovered her passion for helping people and talent for calm decision making at the age of 5 when she dialled 911 after her 3 year old brother got his head stuck in between the bars of a chair. Suffering from food allergies since a little girl, Yvette took matters into her own hands in 1995 by eliminating sugar, coffee, wheat and egg yolk all at once. It was extremely hard at first as those who have done so can attest, but this new way of eating translated into a love of research for proper nutrition. She has recently treated her own iron and hormone imbalance issues with great success.

Denise A. Rodrigues, RNCP, ROHP, NNCP

Denise Rodrigues is the founder of Wholesome You Nutrition Inc. She graduated with honours from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto and is both a Certified and Registered Nutritionist with International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC) and is also registered with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP). To complement her wellness practice, Denise is also a Reiki II Practitioner.

Prior to her experience as a Holistic Practitioner, Denise succeeded a 14 year career in banking and finance based in two different countries where she
got the opportunity to see and experience firsthand, what the fast paced corporate world offered. During this period of her life, Denise found it very challenging to balance her personal and professional life where she could feel completely satisfied and have fun in her life.

Denise decided it was now time for a real change in direction. It just happened......since Denise had concentrated science background; she realized that what she was doing was completely unrelated to what she originally studied for in college all those years ago. Thus the idea of returning to school and specializing in holistic health and wellness materialized and this used her science expertise. Then Wholesome You Nutrition emerged and here we promise to do our best to keep YOU happy, healthy and fulfilled.

Take care of your body, you live there for all of your life, without health and vitality, we have nothing!
